A fruit lambic from a renowned Belgian producer. It has a deep cherry-red color and a pinkish head. It is very thirst-quenching, while retaining its rich cherry character. Timmermans Kriek Lambicus is based on barrel-aged beer, generously infused with natural cherries, with an unexpected spicy note of black pepper. The beer is produced by spontaneous fermentation and contains only natural ingredients: water, malt, sugar, wheat, cherries, elderberries, and hops.

Taste characteristics

Timmermans Kriek Lambicus has a drinkable, fresh, juicy taste with a slight sweetness of marzipan and maraschino cherries, as well as a subtle spicy note of black pepper and a delicate berry sweetness. The aroma has juicy tones of cherry, almond, and sweet cherry, complemented by light nuances of pepper.

Food pairings

Timmermans Kriek can be served on its own. The beer also pairs well with light dishes, appetizers, and mild cheeses.
